The deputy chairman of the Sitawaka Provincial Council and four others have pledged to support Common Opposition Presidential candidate Maithripala Sirisena at next month's election.

The Baddegama Magistrate - Chandima Edirimanna today (24) issued an arrest warrant on Deputy Minister Nishantha Muthuhettigama.
