He is charged of torching a stage of Maithripala Sirisena in Wanduramba, causing damages to two shops and forcibly releasing three persons who were under police arrest.

Previously, three persons working for Muthuhettigama were arrested and produced before courts. They were ordered to be held in remand custody until Dec. 29.

Three security personal who were arrested later were produced before the Baddegama Magistrate today were reportedly released on bail.

The courts have ordered Muthuhettigama and his driver to appear when the case will be taken up again on Dec. 29.
