Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya on July 3 issued notice on the Finance Crime Investigation Division Director to show cause, as to how a court order was received to conduct a second audit on the bank accounts of former Sri Lanka Football Association president Manilal Fernando and another person, when an order has already been issued by the Court of Appeal preventing the auditing of accounts for the second time.
