Amended Prevention of Terrorism Draft Bill submitted
Thursday, 03 March 2016 09:03The Law Commission Department has submitted the amended Prevention of Terrorism Draft Bill with human rights safeguards to the three relevant Ministers, said its Chairman Senior Attorney Romesh de Silva yesterday. The three Ministers are Justice and Buddhasasana Minister Dr Wijayadasa Rajapakshe, Foreign Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera and Development Strategies and International Trade Minister Malik Samarawickrema.
