The investigation was published by the ICIJ, the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung and more than 100 other news organizations around the globe.
According to a map published by the 'Irish Times', several countries in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) are listed in the map titled as 'secret companies around the world'. The map is shown below.
Interestingly, the only SAARC countries not featured in the map are Afghanistan and Bhutan.
India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bangladesh are all present.
The following are the politicians and country leaders as well as their affiliates in the Asia region, who have been named in the investigation.
