DNA of over 1,000 criminals with Genetec Featured

The Genetech institute in Colombo says they possess DNA of over 1,000 criminals.

The institution is involved in several activities, including DNA typing for forensic casework.

Speaking to media, Genetech Company's Senior Scientist Ruwan J. Illeperuma says that in the recent past, the institution has done DNA tests related to around 3,900 crimes.
