A five-member committee had looked into the objections and proposals following the recommendations of the National Delimitation Commission and an all-party discussion on this regard is to be held on Dec. 11.

The final committee report is to be handed over to Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government - Faizer Mustapha on Dec. 15.

Speaking, a committee member said it is possible to gazette the next local council polls in Jan. 2016. The newly demarcated electorates will be used at the next local council election.
