According to unconfirmed reports, the United National Party is currently in the lead from the postal votes released in the districts of Polonnaruwa, Nuwara-Eliya and Badulla.

Meanwhile, the UPFA is reportedly ahead in the postal vote results in the districts of Hambantota and Gampaha.
