He had made these remarks at the event held to lay the foundation stone for the Matara- Hambantota stretch of the Southern expressway.
The President said that he will use the mandate granted to him to form a country free of fraud and corruption.
President Maithripala SIrisena has said that he would never betray the millions who granted him their mandate on January 08 and empowered him to bring end to nepotism and to bring about good governance.
