The former President Chandrika Bandaranike Kumaratunga has also taken part in the discussion.

Addressing the group the President Maithripala Sirisena has stated that clear evidence have received  against 3 politicians and 3 other individuals holding highest positions in the public sector from the investigations conducted recently into fraud and corruption.

The MPs have requested the President to takes measures to inform the public before taking legal action against them.
