The initial investigations into these accusations have been completed.

Accordingly, three topmost politicians of the previous regime and three public servants are to be arrested within days in connection with five charges of massive corruption and irregularities.

The arrests would be made on the instructions of the attorney general, a senior minister told Sri Lanka Mirror.
