Dissanayake has said that comments should not be made against Wickremesinghe.

He has explained that the powers vested with the Prime Minister in the 19th Amendment will be with the Premier elected after the next general election.

"It will be decided by the people. They will decide who should hold the post of Prime Minister," Dissanayake has said.
