Seven suspects in the Avant-Garde bribery case, including Former Defence Secretary - Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and Nissanka Senadhipathi had been granted bail.

MR arrives as Gota appears before courts

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has arrived at the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court premises, reports say.

He has arrived at the premises after seven suspects including Former defence secretary - Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, Avant-Garde Chairman - Nissanka Senadhipathi and 3 former Navy Commanders appeared before the court today (30).
