Sports minister Dayasiri Jayasekara made the announcement in parliament today (16).

Sisira Kumara, placed third, had protested against the referee’s decision and assaulted the official, who is the deputy president of the Sri Lanka bodybuilding association.

The minister also said an inquiry was underway into AF bodybuilders not allowing a doctor to test them for banned substances.
