These officials are satirically known as the '3 Idiots' in the SLC.

One, a former Army officer, had joined SLC over needs arisen during the 2011 Cricket World Cup. However, he was retained in the SLC as the head of an unit specially commenced for him, complete with 5-6 officials.

It is said that he is present at every cricket match and obtains allowances.

The second individual is a former Air Force personnel. He is a leading figure in the conspiracy of making 70 SLC employees permanent. Recently, he had reportedly attempted to secure a promotion to become a unit chief from the post of manager. However, the attempt had been thwarted due to the lack of necessary educational qualifications, reports say.

However, both these individuals have succeeded in increasing their salary by Rs. 20,000 through the interim committee.

The third individual had joined the SLC as an IT manager. However, his present status involves media and was recently caught in a scandal involving a receipt.
