Speaking, media spokesperson of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) - Upul Deshapriya said that awareness will be raised among all such private companies.
The SLBFE, which closed down 06 of its 23 centres recently, will instead open up a state-of-the-art training facility for every district, he added.
He further added that the ministry has decided to provide a 40-day training instead of the prevailing 21-day training.
Noting that the new training facilities are now being constructed in the districts of Rathnapura and Badulla, Mr. Deshapriya added that more training facilities will be built soon in the districts of Anuradhapura, Ampara and Kurunegala.
