The TID informed courts today (03) that an investigation report will be submitted to the court of appeal into Kumaran Padmanathan’s (KP) links with the LTTE, of which he was an international leader.
Justice Vijith Malalgoda took up a petition filed by the JVP seeking an order for the arrest and producing before court of KP.
The petitioner charges that KP was responsible for 193 serious crimes, including arms supplying to the LTTE.
The case will be next heard on May 09.
