UPFA not met for over an year

The United United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA) has not met for over a year, reports say.

The last UPFA meeting was held on January 08, 2015.

It is currently led by President Maithripala Sirisena.

The alliance was initially formed by the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (No longer a member), Sri Lanka Mahajana Pakshaya, Muslim National Unity Alliance, Mahajana Eksath Peramuna, Democratic United National Front and the Desha Vimukthi Janatha Party.
