Manning market to be shifted to Peliyagoda

The government has decided to relocate the Manning market in Pettah, Colombo to Peliyagoda.

Speaking at the Cabinet briefing today (14), cabinet spokesman - minister Rajitha Senaratna said that cabinet approval has been granted for this measure.

It is said that the area where the Manning market is currently located will be used for transport purposes.
