All children of human resources managers at 15 divisions of the CEB are now employed by the institution.

Recruitments are not being made properly, and the public is not informed not even by a newspaper advertisement.

The chief HR manager, who retired some time ago, had got both his children recruited to the CEB three days before his retirement, but they had been suspended following the revelation.

The two had given different addresses, but an inquiry revealed that both belonged to the ex-official.
