They are summoned to give a statement over the publication of an article attributed to Avant Garde chief retired Maj. Nissanka Senadhipathi.
In that article, Senadhipathi has made remarks that tarnished the reputation of three ministers, one of them Rajitha Senaratne has complained to the IGP.
