President of the Voice of Golden Key Depositors for Justice Marco Perera told Sri Lanka Mirror such a commission would be able to obtain all information to ensure that the depositors are returned all their money.

The demonstrators will carry banners and posters that expose persons behind the loss of Golden Key assets that could have funded the repayment process, he said.

Perera said the protest was neither anti-government nor aimed at blaming the government.

According to him, the courts failed to ensure justice for the depositors.
