He made these comments attending the inaugural session of the Third Youth Parliament.

Addressing the session held at National Youth Services Council, Maharagama this morning (04) he stated that a coordination should be established between the youth parliament, ministries and chief ministers of provinces with regard to youth affairs.

Accordingly a committee was appointed under the leadership of Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam with regard to the particular matter.

The rest of the committee members include state minister Niroshan Perera, deputy minister Anuradha Jayaratne, Chairman of the National Youth Services Council and Speaker of the youth parliament.
