Dr. Samarasundara, chairman of the State Pharmaceutical Drugs Corporation which is under minister Senaratne, says this in a statement.

He is commenting on an audio that was posted in several website yesterday, which say Senadhipathi had given Rs. 5 million to minister Senaratne through his longterm friend Dr. Samarasundara.

Responding immediately, Samarasundara posted in the internet another audio of a telephone conversation with regard to the returning of the money.

Senaratne has said that certain ministers had accepted money from Avante Garde, but he did not.
