They have been holding a Satyagraha for 14 days now in Kurunegala town to draw authorities’ attention to their plight with no success yet, its convener Dhammika Munasinghe.

They will demand allocations from the next budget to provide them employment.

The union plans to handover a petition to the president detailing their problems.
