The Colombo Additional Magistrate ordered to release them on two sureties of Rs. one million each.

The bail requests were submitted by Attorney at law Asad Nawawi on behalf of State Attorney General's Department.

Furthermore, they were ordered to confirm their permanent addresses. They were further ordered to inform the court if there was any change in their permanent addresses.

They were also restricted from traveling abroad.

Accordingly, 39 ex LTTE suspects have been released on bail so far including the 31 ex LTTE suspects who were released recently.

It is reported that 24 ex LTTE suspects out of the 31 have left the prison after completing their bail conditions.
