Its declared leader is Dinesh Gunawardena, while Dullas Alahapperuma is the organizer and Prasanna Ranatunga is the convener.
The behind-the-scene leader reportedly is Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
Ex-president Mahinda Rajapaksa has extended his support for this.
They have decided to form a strong public opinion, mainly with regard to the budget and the Geneva proposals, but without directly clashing with the government.
Also, plans are being made to carry out various activities both within and outside parliament with the support of Rajapaksa loyalists, reports add.
