Around one month was taken to decide on the subject area and institutions falling under government ministers. Also, appointing of top officials and Director Board members of these government institutions are yet to be completed.

Upon inquiring of this from a senior minister, we learn that the appointments will not be completed until the Budget 2016 is passed in November.

The minister added the process would take time as these appointments are made on the approval of a committee headed by the Prime minister to prevent the usual practice of minister affiliates being appointed to these posts.

Meanwhile, it is alleged that the activities of Corporations are happening at a very slow pace.
