Mrs. Chithrangani Wijeweera, the wife of JVP founder - Rohana Wijeweera says she is yet to receive any response to the complaint she had made with the Colombo Crime Division, urging to hold an investigation into her husband's murder.
The complaint (CIB (1))89/52 was initially made to the IGP’s Assisting Room.
Afterwards, on the advice of the IGP, she had met with the CCD Director - Neville de Silva.
Although they had taken her statement, she was not given a written note or a number with regard to the complaint, Mrs. Wijeweera has added.
