He was speaking during the inaugural session of the 8th Parliament today (01).

The JVP leader also said standing orders and traditions in earlier parliaments were used to muffle people’s voice but the main responsibility of the present Speaker should be to utilize standing orders and traditions in parliaments for the benefit of masses.
