President Maithripala Sirisena has sent a secret letter to former President and UPFA Kurunegala District candidate - Mahinda Rajapaksa, 'Sri Lanka Mirror' learns from reliable sources.
According to unconfirmed sources, the letter is reportedly on measures that are to be taken after next Monday's General Election.
Meanwhile, it is said that the President has sent Prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe a letter as well.
