The Rajapaksas did not give dividends of the war victory to the people, but instead made it into a personal achievement of their family, he says.
He was speaking at a public meeting at Kamburugamuwa in Weligama yesterday (26), organized by former chairman of Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha Dikkumburage Kulaweera.
Led by Kulaweera, who reproached Matara district UPFA leader Dullas Alahapperuma at the handover of nominations for the general parliamentary election, more than 1,500 UPFA supporters obtained the UNP membership on the occasion.
