‘A new constitution, solution to national issue’

Foreign affairs minister Mangala Samaraweera says a new constitution should be in place to enable all communities to live together.

He is responding to a question by BBC Sandeshaya as to what will be the solution to the national issue.

Answering another question, the minister said he does not believe the Chinese government would fund Mahinda Rajapaksa’s election campaign.

He linked up with BBC Sinhala facebook page and replied to questions by listeners.
