The article was remarking on several pictures of Weerawansa and two girls which are now being circulated in the popular social media network.

In a Facebook post, Weerawansa has criticised this by citing that the girls are none other than the daughters of his sister-in-law.(Daughters of his wife, Shashi's elder sister)

He has added that in order to prevent the two girls from being inconvenienced and embarrassed further, he is posting several pictures of them and his family.
