CAA orders to remove Hydrogen Peroxide stock Featured

The Consumer Affairs Authority has ordered a stock of overly concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide to be recalled by its manufacturer.

Investigations have revealed the chemical used for medical purposes are of high concentration thereby it possess the ability of leading side effects.

The CAA cited the stock in concern was available in pharmacies without any form of written guidelines specifying the directions.

It was reported the manufacture has mentioned that the chemical could also be used as mouth wash and treatment for hearing ailments.

The Authority has ordered the recall of over 1500 bottles of the chemical available in the market.
