The complaint states that although years have elapsed since the Supreme Court had declared that the former President conferred 10-acres of the Colombo Port to John Keells Holdings using an improper procedure, the Attorney General and the CIABOC commissioner are yet to take any measures on this regard.

Speaking, Vasudewa Nanayakkara said that according to a FR petition he filed on this regard in 2007, the SC deemed that the above transaction was illegal.

Accordingly, the land was reclaimed from John Keells Holdings and its' workers compensated but the perpetrators are still at large, he added.
