The order has been issued against the provincial councilor Udaya Gammanpila and adviser to Sri Lanka Freedom Party Alevi Maulana.
The police requested the crowd to vacate the location without disturbing the activities at the parliament.
A protest is currently underway in front of the Parliament organized by a group of UPFA MPs and their supporters against the summons issued on former President Mahinda Rajapaksa to appear before the Bribery Commission.
When questioned if those who violate the court order will be arrested the police media spokesman ASP Ruwan Gunasekara stated that only if the court issued an order an arrest could be made.
However, if there was a clash people will be arrested using police power, he said.
