Without allowing his attended at the key meeting, ICC president Sirinivasan, former president of SLC Upali Dharmadasa and ex-secrertary Nishantha Ranatunga had invited him to join another meeting that discussed the suspension of funding to the SLC.

Mohamed turned down the invitation.

It is well known publicly that Sirinivasan is a business partner of Nishantha.

When Ranatunga was the SLC secretary, Sirinivasan had mediated in getting him out of trouble several times.
