However, speaking at a media briefing in Colombo yesterday (10), minister Ranawaka urged all political parties to support the section on executive presidency in the 19th Amendment.

Noting that executive presidency has been ‘democratised’ by the 19th Amendment, the minister said that he also respects the judicial decision on this regard.
