Alles was the chairman of RADA, formed in 2006 on permission by the presidential secretariat to build houses in the north and the east.
The suspects are being investigated on a complaint by the Anti-Corruption Front to the IGP.
The Colombo Fort magistrate’s court has issued a foreign travel ban on MP Tiran Alles and five directors of RADA over a financial fraud in the construction of houses for tsunami victims.
