The report has been tabled by a committee appointed by the minister to look into the cement factories in KKS.

The cutting of machinery etc in these factories located in areas administered by the military has become an issue itself.

The report further states that a limestone deposit at the factory premises has been largely removed while main kiln used for the cement manufacturing has gone missing.

The kiln as well as all of its additional components have been taken apart using oxy-fuel cutting.

Also, ingredients used for production, coal, cement, storing equipment, gas turbines have been deliberately destroyed, the report says.

Also, a considerable amount of other equipment including motors and gear boxes have disappeared as well.
