Speaking at a meeting in Nuwara Eliya, the Premier said that as many UPFA members face corruption alleges, they are attempting to topple the present government.
Certain bigwigs in the UPFA coalition led by the Sri Lanka Freedom Party wish to prevent investigations against corruption that had taken place while the previous government was in power, Prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe charged.
