The SLFP rally will be conducted at either P.D. Sirisena grounds in Maligaatte or CCC grounds.
Meanwhile, the UNP will hold its May Day rally at Campbell Park in Borella, reports say.
Chandrika Kumaratunga and Mahinda Rajapaksa have been invited, as advisers of the SLFP, to take part in the party’s May Day rally that will be led by president Maithripala Sirisena, and both will attend, said its national organizer Susil Premajayantha.
