The suspect is charged of accumulating over 170 million rupees within a period of six months.

Taking up the case, Justice Devika de Livera Tennakoon ordered to take up the case again on March 23.

Samantha Kumara was issued his charge sheet in respect of the case today.

Justice Tennakoon also granted permission for the CID to further question the suspect.
