The daughter of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, Chamithri Rambukwella, and former Media head in the Defence Ministry Lakshman Hulugalla are among as many as 36 second tier diplomats at overseas missions that the government has decided to recall referring to them as political appointees.
 
They have all been given a month to return.
 
Earlier the government had ordered the return of 29 diplomats and High Commissioners from overseas missions who were also branded as Political appointees.
