The 25-year-old Isuru Sampath had been taking his love of three years home in Ibbagamuwa, when he suddenly felt tired.

He had leaned on the shoulder of his wife to take a nap, for the last time, and became unconscious.

The bride felt something was wrong and alerted others, who rushed him to Avissawella hospital, where he was pronounced dead on admission.

At the inquest, it was revealed he had suffered a heart attack due to tiredness, lack of sleep, hunger, and happiness.

Sampath went on his final journey yesterday (09) amidst the tears of his wife, other relatives and friends.
