An inadmissibility assessment submitted to the court says membership in the TNA has been found to be tantamount to membership in the LTTE, a listed terrorist organization.

The applicant, Vijayaratnam Seeniyan has challenged the deportation order issued by Immigration Canada.

He has cited the minister of public safety and emergency preparedness as the respondent.

Seeniyan had arrived in Canada in 2013 and made a claim for refugee protection.
