The boy has said that he had also hacked the website of Sri Lanka police last year.

He has hacked a total of nearly 130 websites.

Contrary to media reports that the CID has tracked him, it was the president’s media unit that had hunted him down and gave information to the police to arrest him.

Defence Ministry’s IT unit has assisted in that operation, according to reports reaching Sri Lanka Mirror.
