These stacks could be seen in the Kiribathgoda town as a mark of protest to the Paada Yathraa. Furthermore it is learnt that residents of Rathupaswala were to organize anti-Mahinda protests reminding the public of the atrocities committed during the Rajapaksa regime specially on how peaceful protesters were shot and brutally killed by security forces.

It is reported that former Mahinda Rajapaksa had failed to turn up at the Paada Yathra today which was its’ third day.

In addition Rajapaksa lackeys Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Dallas Alahapperuma, Rohitha Abeygunawardene, Gamini Lokuge, Udaya Gammanpila are said be travelling in advance of the protest walk.
