Internal rifts erupting within the Rajapaksa regime has led to President Mahinda Rajapaksa being unable to unveil his policy manifesto before 5,47,000 postal voters exercise their franchise on Dec. 23 -24, co-media spokesperson of the common candidate - MP Mangala Samaraweera said.

Speaking at a public rally in Kekanadura, Matara yesterday (21), MP Samaraweera said that the Medamulana Rajapaksas think that the postal vote holding state sector workers are such 'retards' to vote for Mahinda Rajapaksa even without reading a policy manifesto.

Meanwhile, the ministry of Mass Media and Information states that the unveiling of Presidential candidate Mahinda Rajapaksa's policy manifesto has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
